Additionally, Gorilla Scientific ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



• Return Policy
• Gorilla Scientific Corporation thanks you for your purchase. In the event of discrepancies or damaged orders our return policy is as follows:

  When the package is received:

  1. Please Examine the outer cartons for signs that damage may have occurred during shipping.

  2. Please examine the internal packing and retain all packing material. Please make sure the items in the cartons matches your packing list that will be attached to one of the outer cartons. If your packing list is missing, please call 1-866-435-4977 and an additional copy will be provided.

  3. If the outer cartons or inner boxes have lot numbers, you may be asked to provide them.

  4.Any product that has been adulterated or written on will not be accepted for return at any time.

  6. A restocking fee of 15 percent will apply to all returns that are non-damaged/non-defective items.

  All shipping errors errors must be reported within 5 days of receiving the shipment. All damage that occurs during shipping must be reported as promptly as possible for us to notify the carriers. We ask that you please report any freight damages as quickly as possible.
